Healthy Egg Salad Sandwhich

There are a dozen hard boiled eggs to be eaten in the fridge so what else do you do with them besides…egg salad sandwhich?!

Healthy Egg Salad Sandwhich:

  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 2 hard boiled egg whites
  • Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Optional: salsa, spinach
  • Some form of bread (I used Ezekial pita bread)
  1. Mash the eggs.
  2. Add in the amount of Greek yogurt to your creamy likeness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put on top of bread and enjoy plain or with some other toppings 🙂
