There are a dozen hard boiled eggs to be eaten in the fridge so what else do you do with them besides…egg salad sandwhich?!
Healthy Egg Salad Sandwhich:
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 hard boiled egg whites
- Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Optional: salsa, spinach
- Some form of bread (I used Ezekial pita bread)
- Mash the eggs.
- Add in the amount of Greek yogurt to your creamy likeness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put on top of bread and enjoy plain or with some other toppings 🙂
