this stuff is great with veggies, on top of a salad, or with with whole wheat pita ๐
Chipotle-Honey Hummus
(adapted from All Recipes)
ingredients:
-2 cans garbano beans, drained
-1/2 c water
-1/4 c tahini
-1/4 c lemon juice
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1 chipotle pepper from a can (more to taste)
-2 cloves garlic
-1 1/2 tsp cumin
-1/2 tsp salt
-2-3 tbsp honey
1. add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth
2. add more salt, chipotle, or honey depending on taste
3. enjoyyyy!
I have never made my own hummus before… but this looks great! The contrasting flavors must be wonderful ๐
